This is our metric flange nut with an integrated flange design. A standard nut requires a separate washer, while our flange nut combines both functions into a single part. This reduces the number of components and saves assembly time.

The flange distributes pressure over a wider surface area, helping to prevent damage to the workpiece. This results in a stronger and more stable fastening connection.

2. Custom Sizes and Optimized Hardness Range

The flange diameter ranges from 14 mm to 60 mm, and the flange thickness ranges from 2 mm to 6 mm. You can select the appropriate size based on your application space.

Thread specifications range from M4 to M30, suitable for both small precision equipment and heavy-duty machinery.

The hardness is controlled at HRC 20–30. This relatively softer range is suitable for flange nuts, as excessive hardness may damage the mating surface. This balance has been tested to ensure reliable performance in practical applications.

3. Durable Surface Finishes and Fast Production

We offer two surface treatment options:

• Dacromet coating – excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor and high-exposure environments.
• Hot-dip galvanizing – provides a thick zinc layer for superior protection in humid or wet conditions.

Both treatments offer long service life and reliable protection against corrosion.
