Product Description
1. Key Structural Component for Hydraulic Cylinders
This is our hydraulic sleeve, an internal structural component used in hydraulic cylinders.
The piston moves reciprocally inside the sleeve during operation. The sleeve provides precise guiding for piston movement and contributes to the sealing performance of the hydraulic system.
Hydraulic cylinders operate under high pressure and continuous load conditions. Therefore, the sleeve must offer excellent wear resistance and sufficient structural strength to ensure stable and reliable operation.
2. High Burst Pressure Design for Safety Assurance
The inner diameter ranges from 6 mm to 42 mm, while wall thickness ranges from 2 mm to 8 mm.
Wall thickness is designed according to specific cylinder requirements to ensure optimal strength and structural stability.
The seal groove size is fully customized according to drawings and is designed to accommodate sealing elements such as O-rings or other hydraulic seals.
The burst pressure is ≥120 MPa, significantly higher than standard working pressure, providing a high safety margin for hydraulic applications.
3. Balanced Hardness for Strength and Wear Resistance
Hardness is controlled at HRC 28–38, providing a balanced combination of wear resistance and toughness.
Hydraulic sleeves are subject to continuous friction and pressure cycling. Excessive hardness may reduce impact resistance and increase the risk of cracking, while insufficient hardness may lead to premature wear. Our controlled heat treatment ensures an optimal balance of mechanical properties.
