Product Description
1. Integrated Nut and Hex Rod Design
This is our hex rod coupling nut, featuring an integrated hexagonal rod extension on one end. The design combines a threaded nut section with a wrenchable hex rod structure.
It can be used for extension, connection, or adjustment applications. Two units can be connected together, or it can be used to extend standard threaded components.
The external hex rod allows easy wrench engagement, ensuring secure tightening without slipping during installation.
2. Flexible Customization of Rod Length and Thread Size
The hex rod width across flats ranges from 10 mm to 46 mm. Thread specifications range from M6 to M30.
The rod length can be customized from 5 mm to 60 mm according to application requirements.
The hardness is controlled at HRC 30–40, providing a balanced combination of strength and toughness suitable for both tightening and load transmission.
3. High Resistance to Torsional Load
The torsional strength is ≥600 N·m, ensuring stable performance under high twisting forces.
Insufficient torsional strength may cause deformation or fracture during tightening. Our product is designed to withstand repeated torque loads without failure, ensuring reliable mechanical performance.
We specialize in non-standard cold-heading components and operate multiple production lines (14B to 41B models). Our factory was upgraded and relocated in 2024 to improve production capacity and quality control.
