2. High Hardness and Precise 6H Thread Fit
We manufacture the threads to a 6H tolerance, ensuring a precise and smooth fit between the nut and the bolt. This reduces sticking and prevents unwanted movement during operation.
The hardness is controlled at HRC 28–38, higher than standard nuts, which improves wear resistance and extends service life.
The locking torque ranges from 5 N·m to 200 N·m, depending on the size and application. Smaller sizes require lower torque, while larger sizes require higher torque. We can customize the torque according to your specific requirements.
