Product Description
1. Access and Drive Recessed Nuts with a Hex Nut Sleeve
This is our hex nut sleeve, a specialized tool designed for tightening and loosening nuts in recessed or hard-to-reach locations.
One end features a hexagonal socket that engages the nut securely. The sleeve is then driven from the outside using a wrench or tool, allowing efficient torque transmission even in confined spaces.
It is an effective solution for situations where standard tools cannot directly access the fastener.
2. High-Strength Structure for Reliable Torque Transfer
The hex socket size ranges from 8 mm to 46 mm, and can be customized according to the nut specifications.
The insertion depth ranges from 8 mm to 70 mm, ensuring stable engagement with the fastener and reducing the risk of disengagement during operation.
Wall thickness ranges from 2 mm to 5 mm, providing sufficient strength for torque transmission and impact resistance.
The torque transfer capacity is ≥150 N·m, making it suitable for most standard industrial fastening applications.
3. High Hardness for Extended Service Life
The hardness is controlled at HRC 35–48, ensuring high wear resistance for repeated use.
As a reusable tool, a hex nut sleeve must withstand continuous torque loading. Insufficient hardness may cause deformation or rounding of the hex socket, leading to slippage and reduced effectiveness. Our controlled hardness range ensures stable performance and extended service life.
