1. Deep Installation Capability with a Hex Head Sleeve Nut

This is our hex head sleeve nut. It features an extended sleeve body with internal threading and a hexagonal head for wrench tightening.

It is designed for deep-hole or recessed installation environments where standard nuts cannot be easily installed or tightened. The long body allows the nut to reach internal positions within machinery, providing a secure fastening solution for confined assembly spaces.

2. High Precision Wall Structure for Stable Performance

The inner sleeve diameter ranges from 5 mm to 25 mm, while the width across flats ranges from 12 mm to 55 mm.

Wall thickness uniformity is controlled within ≤0.05 mm, ensuring consistent structural strength around the entire sleeve. Poor wall uniformity can create weak points that increase the risk of fracture under load. Our precision manufacturing ensures even material distribution for improved reliability.

3. Deep Thread Engagement for Secure Fastening

The hardness is controlled at HRC 28–35, providing a balanced combination of strength and toughness suitable for threaded sleeve applications.

The thread depth is ≥15 mm, allowing deep engagement between the screw and the internal thread. This increases holding strength and reduces the risk of loosening under load or vibration.
