1. Fit into Tight Spaces with a Metric Square Nut

This is our metric square nut, featuring a square-shaped design. Compared with a standard hex nut, it requires less rotational space during installation. It can be tightened with only a 90-degree wrench movement, making it suitable for confined or hard-to-reach areas.

It is ideal for applications where a wrench cannot rotate fully. This design provides a simple and effective solution for tight installation spaces.

2. Flexible Sizes and Controlled Hardness

The width across flats ranges from 8 mm to 40 mm, and thread sizes range from M4 to M24. Smaller sizes are suitable for electronic equipment, while larger sizes are used in machinery and structural applications.

The chamfer ranges from C0.5 to C2, which helps guide the screw in smoothly during assembly.

The hardness is controlled at HRB 80–95. This relatively soft hardness is suitable for square nuts, which are often tightened manually or with small tools. The softer material reduces the risk of cracking during installation and improves usability.

3. Three Material Options for Different Applications

We offer three material options:

• Q235 carbon steel – economical and widely used for general applications.
• 45# steel – higher strength, suitable for heavy-load conditions.
• 304 stainless steel – excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or humid environments.
