Ningbo Jinghao Warm Forging Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Ningbo Shengjie Fastener Co., Ltd.) has dedicated itself to the field of precision metal forming for nearly two decades since its inception in 2004. While its predecessor focused primarily on the manufacturing of fasteners and general hardware products, the company has since evolved into a technology-driven enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. We specialize in cold and warm forging technologies for applications across various sectors, including automotive components, mining machinery parts, elevator accessories, and air conditioning fan components.
Currently situated within the Wanyang Innovation City in Shipu, Xiangshan County, Ningbo, the company operates out of modern, standardized manufacturing facilities. We possess extensive expertise in the cold and warm forging processes for a wide range of special materials-including various grades of stainless steel (chromium-based and nickel-based) and titanium alloys (such as 316 titanium)-enabling us to execute high-precision, mass production of complex, custom-shaped parts. The company has successfully obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and has established long-term, stable cooperative partnerships with renowned enterprises such as Zhengzhou Hengda Zhikong and Ningbo Dongling Plumbing. Our Factory
Our company's new facility is situated at Unit 32-1, Phase II of the Wanyang Innovation City in Xiangshan, Ningbo; we officially moved in and commenced production in 2024. Leveraging our own standardized factory premises, we are dedicated to establishing a state-of-the-art precision manufacturing hub.
The factory is equipped with comprehensive multi-station cold heading production lines. Our primary machinery includes various models of multi-station cold heading machines-such as the 14B, 19B, 24B, 33B, and 41B series-along with supporting CNC machining equipment. We possess end-to-end production capabilities ranging from raw material processing and cold/warm heading to subsequent machining operations. We hold particular expertise and efficiency advantages in the mass production of complex-shaped and non-standard components.

Once the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), delivery schedule, and payment terms have been finalized, we produce samples based on the provided technical drawings, ensuring that these samples meet all required standards before proceeding to mass production.
In-sales Service:
Upon order confirmation, we schedule production in real-time and provide regular updates on progress. We adhere strictly to the technical drawings and applicable standards, implementing rigorous quality control measures regarding dimensions, precision, material composition, and performance.
After-sales Service:
