Product Description
1. Connect Two Rods with a Threaded Rod Coupling Sleeve
This is our threaded rod coupling sleeve, designed to connect two rods when a single rod is not long enough or when two rods of different lengths need to be joined.
With internal threads on both ends, the coupling sleeve securely joins two threaded rods into one continuous length. It provides a simple and efficient solution for extending rod length in various mechanical applications.
2. Strong Connection and High Alignment Accuracy
The internal thread sizes on both ends range from M6 to M30 and can be the same or different according to your requirements. For example, one end can be M10 and the other M16. We manufacture strictly according to your drawings.
The concentricity is controlled within ≤0.1 mm, ensuring precise alignment. Poor concentricity can cause misalignment and vibration during operation. Our product ensures a straight and stable connection.
The tensile strength is ≥700 MPa, making it suitable for most mechanical and structural applications.
3. Deep Thread Engagement for Secure Locking
The effective thread length is ≥80% of the total body length, meaning most of the sleeve is internally threaded. This allows deep engagement with the rods, resulting in a stronger and more secure connection.
The wall thickness ranges from 2 mm to 6 mm. A thicker wall provides higher strength and better load-bearing capacity.
We cooperate with Zhengzhou Hengda and meet their strict quality standards. We can produce samples based on your drawings, with a sample lead time of approximately one month. Mass production also takes about one month.
