Product Description
1. Repair Stripped Threads with a Bolt Threaded Sleeve
This is our bolt threaded sleeve, designed for repairing damaged or stripped threaded holes. When a thread in equipment is damaged, replacing the entire component can be costly and time-consuming.
Our threaded sleeve provides a simple and effective repair solution. It is installed into the damaged hole to create a new, precise internal thread, allowing the original part to continue functioning normally. This helps reduce repair costs and downtime.
2. Dual-Thread Design with High Hardness
This sleeve features both internal and external threads.
The external thread ranges from M10 to M48 and is used to secure the sleeve into the damaged housing. The internal thread ranges from M6 to M30 and is used to accept bolts or screws.
The wall thickness ranges from 2 mm to 5 mm, providing a balance between strength and installation flexibility.
The hardness is controlled at HRC 35–45, ensuring excellent wear resistance and durability in repeated assembly and disassembly applications.
