1. High-Pressure Connections for Hydraulic Systems
This is our hydraulic brake fitting, designed for connecting hydraulic brake and fluid transmission lines.
Hydraulic systems operate under high pressure, where improper fittings may result in leakage or system failure. Our fittings are engineered for high-pressure environments, ensuring stable and leak-free connections under demanding operating conditions.
2. Multiple Seal Options for Different Pressure Requirements
Thread sizes range from M10 to M36. We offer three sealing systems to meet different application requirements:
- ED seal (bonded seal / washer type) – suitable for medium to high-pressure applications with reliable sealing performance
- ORFS (O-ring Face Seal) – designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems, providing excellent leak resistance under vibration and pressure fluctuations
- NPT (tapered thread seal) – thread interference-based sealing, commonly used in general hydraulic and fluid systems depending on installation conditions
The pressure rating ranges from 20 MPa to 70 MPa, suitable for a wide range of hydraulic applications, including high-pressure industrial systems.
3. Controlled Hardness for Reliable Sealing Performance
Hardness is controlled at HRB 70–85 to ensure an appropriate balance between strength and sealing adaptability.
In hydraulic sealing systems, slight controlled deformation is necessary to achieve a reliable seal interface. Excessively high hardness may reduce sealing effectiveness and increase the risk of leakage under pressure.
We offer both carbon steel and stainless steel materials depending on application requirements. Stainless steel options such as 316 grade are available for corrosion-resistant environments.
We support OEM customization based on drawings or samples. Sample lead time is approximately one month, and mass production lead time is also about one month. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100,000 pieces.
