Product Description
1. Prevent Loosening in Rotating Axle Applications
This is our drive axle nut, designed specifically for rotating and dynamic axle systems. In such applications, the axle is constantly in motion, and standard nuts may gradually loosen due to vibration and rotation, leading to mechanical failure.
Our drive axle nut is engineered to maintain secure locking performance under continuous movement. It helps reduce the risk of loosening, improving operational safety and reliability.
2. Customized Torque and Strength Control
Thread sizes range from M8 to M36. Locking torque ranges from 20 N·m to 500 N·m, allowing customization based on axle size and application requirements. Smaller axles use lower torque values, while larger systems require higher locking torque.
Each batch is tested to meet specified torque requirements.
Hardness is controlled at HRC 30–40, providing a good balance between strength and toughness. This ensures the nut can withstand impact loads without cracking while maintaining structural stability.
3. Dual Locking Options and Anti-Corrosion Protection
We offer two locking methods:
- Nylon locking – cost-effective and suitable for general applications
- Mechanical locking – higher security, ideal for high-vibration environments
The surface is treated with an anti-oxidation coating, which helps prevent rust and reduces friction during installation, ensuring smoother assembly and long-term durability.
