Product Description
1. Connect Two Shafts or Threaded Rods with a Hex Rod Coupling
This is our hex rod coupling, designed for joining two shafts or threaded rods into a single extended assembly. It features a hexagonal middle section for easy wrench tightening, with internal threads on both ends.
It is commonly used for mechanical connection and extension of threaded components, providing a stable and reliable joint between two parts.
The hex profile allows secure tool engagement, making installation and removal more efficient and controlled.
2. Flexible Thread Configuration for Different Applications
The thread specifications on both ends can be identical or different according to requirements. For example, both ends may be M12, or one end may be M12 and the other M16.
We manufacture strictly according to customer drawings.
The width across flats ranges from 12 mm to 50 mm. The thread depth per end is ≥10 mm, ensuring sufficient thread engagement and stable fastening performance under load.
3. High Strength Design for Industrial Applications
The hardness is controlled at HRC 28–42, and the tensile strength is ≥750 MPa, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial fastening and mechanical applications.
For higher load conditions, we can adjust material grades and heat treatment processes to meet specific requirements.
We operate a strict quality control system, covering every stage from raw material selection to final inspection. Third-party inspection is also supported upon request.
