Product Description
1. Deep-Recessed Fastening with a Hex Sleeve Nut
This is our hex sleeve nut. It features a deep hollow cylindrical body with an external hexagonal profile for wrench tightening and internal threading for bolt engagement.
It is designed for deep-recessed fastening applications, such as thick plates or confined assemblies, where standard nuts cannot be easily installed or tightened.
The bolt is inserted from one side, while the hex sleeve nut secures it from the opposite side, forming a stable and reliable fastening structure.
2. Custom Depth for Stronger Thread Engagement
The internal thread ranges from M6 to M30, while the external hex width across flats ranges from 12 mm to 55 mm.
The sleeve depth ranges from 8 mm to 75 mm. A greater depth allows longer thread engagement, resulting in improved load distribution and higher fastening strength. All dimensions can be customized according to application requirements.
The hardness is controlled at HRC 25–38, which can be adjusted based on specific working conditions to balance strength and toughness.
3. Surface Protection Options and Stainless Steel Capability
We offer two surface treatment options:
- Black phosphating – provides a dark finish with good oil retention, suitable for assembly environments with lubrication requirements
- Dacromet coating – offers excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor and humid environments, ensuring long service life
We also have strong capability in stainless steel processing. Stainless steel grades such as 304 and 316 are available upon request.
We support OEM customization. Sample lead time is approximately one month, and mass production lead time is also about one month. We are committed to stable production scheduling and on-time delivery.
