Product Description
1. Thread Size Conversion with a Dual-Thread Sleeve
This is our stainless steel threaded sleeve, a dual-threaded structural component with internal and external threads.
It is used to adapt or convert threaded connections between different sizes. The external thread is installed into a larger threaded hole, while the internal thread provides a smaller or different-size interface.
For example, an external M20 thread combined with an internal M12 thread allows conversion from an M20 threaded seat to an M12 fastening interface.
2. Multiple Stainless Steel Grades for Different Environments
We offer three stainless steel material grades:
- 304L stainless steel – low-carbon grade with good weldability and general corrosion resistance
- 316L stainless steel – enhanced corrosion resistance, suitable for chemical, marine, and highly corrosive environments
- 410 stainless steel – higher hardness grade suitable for wear-resistant applications
Internal thread sizes range from M6 to M30, and external thread sizes range from M10 to M48. Wall thickness is controlled between 2 mm and 6 mm, and thread accuracy is available in 6H or 6g grades.
3. Cold Forming Process for Enhanced Mechanical Strength
Hardness is controlled at HRB 80–100, with tensile strength ≥700 MPa, ensuring reliable structural performance under load.
The components are manufactured using a cold forming process, which preserves continuous metal grain flow and improves mechanical strength compared to fully machined parts.
We have extensive experience in processing high-grade stainless steels, including difficult-to-machine materials. Our production system ensures stable quality and consistent dimensional accuracy.
We support OEM customization based on drawings or samples. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100,000 pieces, with a standard lead time of approximately one month. Volume orders are eligible for pricing optimization.
