Product Description
1. Flush Surface Design for Equipment Integration
This is our flat head sleeve nut. Unlike standard hex-head nuts that protrude above the surface, this product features a flat head design that sits flush with the workpiece surface.
It is commonly used in equipment panels, enclosures, and structural housings where a smooth exterior surface is required. The flush design eliminates protrusions, improving both safety and appearance of the assembly.
2. High Alignment Precision Between Head and Sleeve
The flat head end diameter ranges from 8 mm to 46 mm, and flat head thickness ranges from 2 mm to 8 mm. Internal thread sizes range from M5 to M30, with sleeve depth from 5 mm to 70 mm.
The concentricity between the flat head and sleeve is controlled within ≤0.1 mm. High concentricity ensures that the head remains level after installation. Poor alignment may result in uneven seating or tilting of the head surface. Our precision machining ensures stable and consistent installation performance.
3. Material Options for Different Application Environments
Hardness is controlled at HRC 20–35, as this component is primarily designed for structural positioning and surface fastening rather than high-load transmission.
We offer three material options:
- Carbon steel – cost-effective solution for general industrial applications
- Stainless steel – provides corrosion resistance for humid or outdoor environments
- Brass – non-sparking material suitable for safety-critical environments such as mining or gas-related applications
We support OEM customization based on drawings. Each batch undergoes full inspection prior to shipment, and third-party inspection is also accepted upon request.
