Product Description
1. Extended Design for Thick Wheel Assemblies
This is our extended wheel nut, designed with a longer threaded body compared to standard wheel nuts.
The extended section ranges from 5 mm to 50 mm, allowing proper engagement in applications involving thick wheel hubs, spacers, or modified rims. The extended design ensures full thread engagement, improving fastening stability and safety.
2. Precision Taper Matching for Secure Locking
Thread sizes range from M10 to M24, with width across flats from 14 mm to 32 mm.
The taper angle is available in 60° or 90°, depending on wheel seat design requirements. Proper matching of taper angle is critical to ensure full surface contact and secure locking performance. Incorrect taper matching may result in improper seating or loosening under load.
Hardness is controlled at HRC 25–38, and torsional strength is ≥600 MPa, ensuring stable mechanical performance under vehicle operating conditions.
3. Multiple Surface Treatments and Material Options
We offer three surface treatment options:
- Zinc plating – economical corrosion protection for general applications
- Dacromet coating – enhanced corrosion resistance for outdoor environments
- Geomet coating – high-performance anti-corrosion solution for demanding conditions
Material options include 40Cr, 35CrMo, and stainless steel, selected according to strength and environmental requirements.
We support OEM customization based on drawings or samples. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100,000 pieces. Production capacity is scalable for large-volume orders with stable lead times.
