2. Fully Customizable Geometry and Mechanical Properties
Thread specifications range from M6 to M36, with accuracy classes available in 4H, 6H, and 6g. Width across flats ranges from 8 mm to 55 mm depending on structural design.
Nut geometries can be manufactured in round, square, hexagonal, or fully customized profiles according to engineering drawings.
Hardness ranges from HRB 70 to HRC 38, depending on material selection and heat treatment process. Tensile strength can reach 500–1000 MPa based on specification requirements.
3. Material Selection, Surface Engineering, and Locking Solutions
A wide range of materials is available, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and brass, selected based on mechanical performance and environmental conditions.
Surface treatment options include zinc plating, nickel plating, Dacromet coating, black phosphating, and blackening to improve corrosion resistance and service life.
Locking configurations can be integrated according to application needs, including nylon insert locking, all-metal locking structures, and chemical adhesive locking systems.
Dimensional tolerances are controlled according to engineering drawings within ±0.05 to ±0.2 mm.
